You’re in for a special treat because today I’m sharing a Sneak Peek from the Nakamura Family’s romantic, dreamy, and sun drenched family session. I am just slightly low key obsessed with how the sunlight poured over these winter meadows, creating some beautiful tones.

Victoria and Justin are the sweetest couple and first time parents to their little 6 month old son, Wesley, whose gummy smiles, I have to say, I absolutely fell in love with!

Wesley was born in May, just a couple of months into the pandemic, which only served to aggravate an already stressful situation: becoming first time parents and navigating life with a newborn, while also trying to stay safe and healthy.

But the unexpected joy that comes with the opportunity to witness all of his milestones by everyone being at home, as well as participating in his daily growth and discoveries has been a blessing in disguise.

These are the Nakamura’s first portraits together as a family of three, and I am so grateful to have been able to capture their deep love and affection for one another — to have been able to freeze these quickly passing days to remember for years to come.
