We have entirely cut out the body from our process of being human. People rarely think about their bodies.

And if they do, it’s usually for one of two reasons:
One, they’re comparing it usually to some other piece of body somewhere in the world (to which it usually unfavorably stacks up)

Or Two, they are thinking of their body in terms of “it used to do something and it no longer does it now.”

Besides those two things, most people rarely include the body at all in their whole life experience and because of that, they spend an extraordinary amount of attention and their life on these thoughts – cyclical, obsessive, winding thoughts.
