Victoria and David welcomed their first little love, a boy named Chase, in September of 2022. We photographed Chase’s Natural Newborn Studio Session about a month later in October. As a Los Angeles Newborn photographer locally based in Orange County, I often photograph around the 4 week mark to offer recovery time to postpartum mothers, as well as to prioritize family bonding with parents and siblings, and any necessary postnatal medical appointments. There is so much happening within the first weeks of delivery that it can often be stressful to throw a Newborn Session in the mix.

I want to create a stress free and seamless experience for you so that you only need to focus on loving on your family and being present in the moment. Because I had already photographed Victoria and David for their Maternity Session, everyone was already comfortable and at ease with me and my shooting style. It’s for this reason that I adore my Maternity and Newborn Photography Collection Package families. I love connecting with you and building a relationship with you and your family. It’s these relationships that make my work so rewarding and special.

In our planning and styling Consultation, Victoria and David decided that they would simply wear the same dress and clothes as they wore for their Maternity Session for simplicity’s sake. I love the simple adaptability of timeless and neutral wardobe selections. When planning for your Session, don’t stress about the details! The importance is not necessarily about the location. It is your connection and relationship to one another that we ultimately want to photograph and preserve. Even though Victoria and David wore the same clothes, this Session is still completely different than their Maternity Session!
